Can really use some help. I have a casio register TK-6500 and i recently change the prices but somehow 3 keys give me a minus amount e.g (-2.25) can someone tell me how to change the key to charge a set price instead of making a reduction. Thank you in advanced guibing |

It sounds like you have negative PLUs set. Try this first: Turn key to program mode Press 3 then SUBTOTAL Press 0 Now press one of the negative item buttons Press SUBTOTAL Now turn key back to REG and try that item. If it works, do the same for other two items. |

No problem. Commonly happens when changing prices in wrong mode |
